Just saying, I don't hate you, I'm just giving you things you can improve on in your application.

First of all, please work a bit on your English vocabulary/grammar. It just seems really messy overall.
Try to make the questions bold in your application. It makes it easier to read. (adding colors is not required)

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
When player X kills player Y with valid reason.

This is an obvious mistake, please fix it, add some explanation and a good example scenario.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
When player X kills player Y player Y can not come back within 3 minutes

Expand on this, you haven't explained the full rule. Also add an example scenario.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Player X calls /advert help I'm being raided

First, explain the rule, the scenario seems fine to me.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:I would ask player Y if you have a reason if he doesn't I would warn him and leave it at that
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Please make this more readable, it's a pain in the ass to read it. Just put the question and the scenario in bold letters for example. Also, expand on what you would do. What if player Y lies? First ask for both sides of the story.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Same here, really difficult to read. Also, you don't know if the kills happened in another district. Always ask for both sides of the story.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

Just talking to player X, and giving him a verbal warning can sometimes be enough.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).I should be chosen for this job because I am a great problem solver I have what he'd a lot of admins on YouTube it would be a pleaser to be apart of staff because not a lot of staff will be on Zarp 2 so I am willing to be staff on Zarp 2 so it would be a pleaser

This part is just rushed, nowhere near the recommended 150 words. Just expand, add more reasons why they should choose YOU as a moderator.
