I also feel that a potential TOU violation should not affect his chances at SSRP staff as it has nothing to do with it. I also have experienced a TOU ban on the forums which did not affect my SSRP application and therefor I do not think it should affect his.

It's happened before, where someone has had a "Recent Forum Ban" in the reason they got denied in the box.
