Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario

Jerone says hello to Matthew.. Matthew replies "i don't like you" and shoots Jerone to death. You must have a valid reason to kill this person ie mug, threats during a raid ect.This is also known as "RDM"

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.

I have died and i do not remember anything, i am unable to return to the specific area for 3 minutes avoid interacting with the people in the area also.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.

Firstly i would ask player Y why he killed player X if he said it was a mug/raid ect i would ask for a type of proof and ask where he mugged/raided. Without much proof i will not be able to do anything unless he was rule breaking in another way eg if he killed him as a hobo with an ak.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Firstly i will ask player X what he was doing ect. and see what player Y has to say about this. depending on the time apart i will ask for proof. if it was something fairly close together i will inform player Y and warn him.

Example: Matthew Died @ 12:00 By Jerone. Matthew was also killed by Jerone @ 12:01, This would look really suspicious and could lead to a warning without a valid explanation.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided

I would warn and explain to the banker that this is meta game and make sure he understands this for the future so it will not happen again.

Example: Banker:/ooc Guys i am being raided please come and help to save everyone's printers!! <-- Meta Gaming

I think i should be chosen for moderator as i have a lot of experience with dark rp as well as loving the zarp community i want to make everyone here happy. I hate to see a situation where someone has been rdm'd and the rdm'er does not know what he did wrong i feel this would be my speciality not just telling people it is wrong but EXPLAIN why it is wrong and what he could of done differently.. I feel like i would help zarp especially to make players understand the rules as one day even i did not know what to do. Another reason why i think i should be moderator is the amount of time that i can spend playing (i usually play for around 3-5 hours a day depending on the days). Call me weird but i actually have fun by helping people and i usually roam around and help anyone if they get stuck with something, moderator would make myself more effective in supporting others.
