I started to take a look over your report but you have edited it multiple times with all kinds of different admins names. You need this follow the template and keep it clear next time about whom you are reporting or what your report is about. If you receive a warning it will stay on your record and can not be removed at any cost. The only thing people can do is lower your warning count but the warning will show on your record.
