I have taken a look over your report and it seems your lacking a couple bits of information. Do you have any video of this or a screenshot of the f1 that you made ? With out actually seeing what you put on the f1 I have no other reason but to believe the admin is correct. I will leave this unlocked for a couple hours to give you chance to provide the following: proof of the admin randomly making you wanted and a picture/video of what you wrote in the f1 to prove it wasn't spam.
