First of all your gametime is not that good there is a minimum of 6 hours and right now you are on about 1 and a half hours. If you could play as much as possible by friday (when we review the apps) It will not be a problem.
Some of your situations are not correct. You are missing something in dealing with disrespect and could you elaborate more about ghosting.
Apart from that you have filled in the template correctly and if you fix these things it will be okay.
