The Brotherhood members are just a bunch of unintelligent kids, even the admins in the gang are breaking the rules.
What you can do is orbital or milkor their base and raid them, but then Wiz Khalifa or another admin from their gang will use the admin logs to see who killed them or their gang members, and say it in OOC. (Based on a true story, and I don't really care if they hate me because they're simply noobs).
