Application is alright.

Gametime/activity can improve on server 1 & 2.

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:
example: a mutant kills a gun dealer in a house without the gundealer attacking first
Please do elaborate this example.

Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
-Expand the explanation of "Metagaming".

Expand on the following;
Player x accuses player y of RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
Player x accuses player y of breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
i would teleport to him and give him a verbal warning that it's metagaming
You do not need to teleport to a player to tell him a simple message.
You can verbal warn him that this is "Metagaming" via the chat.

Don't know how many warnings you have.

(ps. the reason i havent been that much on this week is that i have been on vacation)
If so is the reason, I suggest applying next week.
