Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words).

I feel i should be chosen as i have come back from my exams and noticed that there are more rulebreakers now more than ever(I blame Elitestudio for putting our server in his video). In the last few weeks i have made some really good friends on the server from VIPS, Mods and admin. I feel i would make a good Moderator as i can come on nearly every day(unless i have homework) and i can really help develop and assist the community. I will devote over 75% of my gametime to doing F1's and help ZARP become a community without rulebreaks and trollers. I would like to give a special thanks to DownUnder and DJBen for convincing me into making this application. Thank you for taking the time to read my application and i can't wait to hear your responses.

[spoiler]Random Deathmatch (abbreviated to "RDM") is a term used to denote when a player randomly kills other players without valid reasons.One of the most occurring rulebreaks in DarkRP. An Example of this would be- A gangster named Bob bought a gun and went on top of the apartments and started sniping and killing random civilians for no reason.[/spoiler] Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario. [spoiler]"New Life Rule" commonly known as "NLR" refers to when a player dies for what ever reason they are not able to go back to the place of death, if they do this is breaking NLR and is punishable. An example of this could be if I got killed while raiding a house as a thief and just thought "what the hell" and returned to that house to raid once more, I would be breaking NLR. NLR has a 3 minute life span meaning you cant return to that District under any circumstance, You forget everything in the past life, so If for example I was killed by police I could not go back and get revenge on that officer for killing me.[/spoiler] Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario. [spoiler]Metagaming is when people are speaking to each other using the /OOC chat, Steam, Skype or any of form of VOiP service about things they are doing in-game, this is not allowed. An example of this would be if a friend an i were raided and i called for in the /OOC chat asking him to come to base and help protect. Another example would be if a friend and i were about to raid and we wanted extra help and therefore started a skype call to communicate with each other.[/spoiler] [b][size=6]Situations[/size][/b] Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. [spoiler]I would start off by taking them both to a roof and asking them both there side of the story. I would then check the logs to see the deaths and the time that they were killed to confirm the RDM, i would then ask for any evidence about the rule-break and if the logs show that it was RDM and evidence of it i will proceed to warn player y and tell him not to do it again. If player y starts disrespecting i would warn him for breaking rule 1.2 and so on. [/spoiler] Explain how you would handle the following situation: Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. [spoiler]I would start off by once again taking them both to a roof to explain there side of the story and then check the logs to see if player x is right about player y breaking NLR. I would ask for any extra evidence just in case and if player y did in fact break NLR i would proceed and warn him and tell him not to do it again. If he proceeds and carries on metagaming i shall warn him and tell him once again not to metagame.
