How would you deal with a disrespectful player?Don't really see how this sorts itself out.-Gag but no mute/kick.
-Didn't mention mute/kick/warn.
-Expand the situation.
-You verbal warn them but not real warn presented.

Note: The way I see, putting chunks of hours is okay in one day, but I would rather see a person spending time on lots of days than seeing a person putting chunks of time into one day (exceeding the minimum hours) and leaving it.
-It does have it's advantages and disadvantages as well.
