Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
My time as a moderator has allowed me to gain lots of self-respect and self-esteem and i now am a more confident and courageous person. I also now feel I can handle whatever a F1 creator can throw at me.I think I have developed as a person since being accepted and id love to be able to continue doing so as a Admin.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
An incident that was a huge obstacle for me was when people post links such as the infamous po.st links which got people banned. This was an obstacle as I couldn't do anything but report it to a staff.He then started making jokes about illnesses and all i could do was ask for staff, this player was also breaking other rules like RDM and NLR, I killed him because he attacked me and when he returned he gave a staff member the afore-mentioned link; this to him getting community banned, but the links are still being posted.If i become Admin this would no longer be as big a problem because I can warn people of the dangers and deal with the troublemakers effectively and suitably
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Congratulations! Welcome to the ZARP staff team. I have devised a guide for you to learn about the arsenal of tools you now have at your disposal.Firstly I will tell you about you role as staff then I will run through the command.As a staff you will be expected to do F1s these can be done through the F1 menus, which has been changed this is because now you do peoples F1s instead staff doing yours.To do an F1 you must right click on the admin request then click handle this,then once the F1 has begun you should right click it again then use the goto or bring, whichever is appropriate.After The F1 has been completed don't forget to mark the F1 as finished so you can do some more.Now I will showcase the commands you will use as a Moderator:
/teleport - This takes you to wherever your crosshair was pointed. This can help get a suitable roof for F1s or to help when you're stuck.
/bring {playername} - This bring the chosen player to your feet. This should be used only really during an F1.
/goto {playername} - Takes you to the feet of the selected player. Useful at the start of an F1 to find out the creators story before going to a roof/secluded area.
/freeze {playername} - This command allows you to freeze a rulebreaker in their tracks. This also allows you to freeze people such as RDMers during sits which gives you full control over the situation.
/slay {playername} - This command kills the player that you have listed. This can be effective on people such as random enterers that refuse to leave your car.
/warn {SteamID}{Reason} - This command warns the selected player who's steamID you entered, this leaves a permanent mark on the players profile and could stop them from becoming staff, so make sure that you don't ever false warn someone or it could have mid-term effects on them and makes their player profile look bad.
/kick {playername} - This removes the player from the server until they join back. This is for when warning is not an option for some of the more severe incidents such as refusal to remove propspam and constant mass rdm.
Unban From Job - This command is found in the tab menu and if someone has been randomly demoted you use this to help them get the job back.
If you find typing these commands hard don't forget that all of these commands excluding warn can be found by clicking on someones name in TAB and selecting the option. The SteamID for warning is also in there so thats a useful resource when warning someone.You do not have to warn people through SteamID but it is recommended because it minimizes the amount of possible faults that can be made.
You also have access to an admin keypad checker, to use this you right click and you will see if the fading door meets the minimum requirements which incase you didnt know is 4seconds. Finally, you get access to the f6 menu which allows you to check all of the punishments that a player in the server has or if you have you have their SteamID you can check their punishments too.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Thanks for taking the time to make this appeal and putting as much effort in as possible.I can see you regret what you did by the fact you made this thread. Please in the future do not prop spam again as it will land you in more trouble. As this is your first ban and I know that you don't break rules usually I have decided to shorten your ban, please make sure it is your last. I have consulted with another member of staff and we have decided to make your ban 2 weeks. Make sure you reflect in this time.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words).
I should be promoted because i'm an active member of staff that doesn't mind doing even the hardest of F1s. I have learned and become more intelligent and would like take my next step within the community.I am very mature and like to work as a team with the other members of staff, as I have gained more time I have gained more respect and friends, which encourages me to keep on going. As I promised, I have tried to make both servers a utopia and it has been fairly successful, me and the other members of staff have cracked down hard on rule-breakers. I think I could be a good admin because I handle responsibility and power very well. I always put lots of effort in to my F1s and don't leave til I have done the job to the best of my ability. Whenever I see someone ask A question in chat I try to respond ASAP and make sure I give them an effective answer. It doesn't matter what mood i'm in I always act professionally and make sure everyone gets the same treatment,the fair and equal type.
