Ya'll need to relax with calling each other out I'm sure you all could of come to a better solution to this than making an abuse report.. The rules are not that clear and some people do get a way with using the text screens and do that little flashy thing its not a giant problem if you would of just let one of the lead team know we could of dealt with it. He said that he even asked a Super Admin about it which makes him think its alright. If you still had a problem with it you could of gone even higher. I will speak with the rest of the team and get this rule to be changed to be more in depth.

4.23 Text Screens - Text Screens must not have flickering effects, invisible or anything difficult to the eye. You are not allowed to place them on anyone's house or another players "Shop Area". Text Screens can not contain anything that is offensive or breaks TOU.
