The thing is if he asked a super admin about it and the sa said yes then it isn't his fault nor should he take the blame. Even if it wasn't a prop it would be loopholing, so you can't have flickering props but you can do it on texts creeps it is still hard on the eyes which it says in the rules nothing hard to the eyes. Now this isn't Aureatron fault so this shouldn't be taken out on him but he should get told he can't do it.
