What did the Staff Member(s) do?: Blocked a massive part of the map (Although there are no rules agains tthis specifically) Blocked accses to cars to that part of the map and floating bases:
Rules: 4.6 and 4.7:
4.6 Street Bases - Bases may be built outside of a properties confinement as long as they do not intrude on a property you do not own and do not prohibit vehicles from passing. ( This does not apply to rule 4.19 Police Checkpoint )
4.7 Sky Bases - Skybases are not allowed. If parts of a base are floating, they should be aesthetically supported at the edges.

I tried to contact admins in-game but got no responce at all neither trough an F1 (waited 30+ minuts) nor OOC while atleast 6 were online

I can realy not appreciate admin's breaking rules just because they can
