Or a good idea is a NPC in the PD were you have to take a test if you want to be police/government

When does a Gun have to be used as police? :

just simple questions what a good roleplayer knows so no trollers can just go on it.
if all answered right they can change to any government job until they reconnect.
if they get some wrong they have to re take the test and cannot be a government job for 30 minutes (cooldown).
