When someone comes on the server, RDM's, then leaves to avoid punishment.

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
"Hello Player X, I see that you are sorry for what you have done, and because it was the first ban you have recieved, I will shorten the ban to two weeks, ACCEPTED, have a nice day!"

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
Well for starters, I owned TTT, so I have experience with power on TTT. When I come on at times I see alot of RDM and Disrespect and the admins are overwhelmed to the point where there heads are about to explode. I try to help out with making reports that are easily comprehensible, and telling staff to get on TTT. I've been playing TTT since I got GMOD about 4 years ago. So I know everything about the gamemode itself.
