RDM RANDOM DEATH MATCH is when you would get randomly killed

metagaming is if you have a friend online and i was to kill them and say im friend in real life and a admin was to notice me or make a report about it i could not get away without fair warning as this is against the rules

Say someone is advertising there shop or something in /ooc which you need to use /advert for. /ooc is only for question or public messages.

Why I should be chosen (longer answer expected here - at least 150 words).
i feel that i should be chosen as moderator because i have alot of spare time playing on zarp DarkRP servers and there are alot of people who abuse
when there are sometimes no admins available and no one is there to answer the f1 report also because of the time alot of the admins are offline when i play and
that is mainly when users of the server abuse the most
i also suffer with adhd and autism so i very much understand to feel like people don't understand you if you are trying to make a f1 and the admin in charge of the
f1 doesn't understand you're point

i also feel that my time and contribution to the admin/moderator team will come useful when no admin's/moderators are avalible in game this could be useful by
monerating the server and see who abuses and in which way and build a evidance folder to bring to the admin/moderator meeting also i can bring up buggs and
glitches which are causing problems to others

:1. My contribution as a moderator for darkrp will stop users from abusing the rules, mostly when all of the admins are offline.
I am a very calm person who can defuse a situation if tensions are running high. I am from the United Kingdom (UK) which means I can be online when the USA admins are offline. When these admins are offline, I have witnessed users abusing the rules.(Give examples of what you did )
I have a lot of experience playing mmorpg games and love to devote my time into becoming a games designer in the future. I have also witnessed admins & moderators abusing which I have dealt with in an appropriate manner by speaking with another admin.
I have had so much help whilst being on darkrp with learning the rules and understanding game play.
I have decided to request a admin/moderator position for darkRP to help others when help is needed to return the help I have received.

:2. i have been rdm'd whilst talking/building which was not allowed. I had called an admin and they came and dealt with it sensibly by giving a fair warning. I have also encountered a problem with abusive language, which I know is not in the rules, not to swear in game but after many thoughts I have come to realise that in any mmorpg game abusive language is not acceptable. It should not be tolerated, especially as we have young members who play.
I called an admin (JinxerJames) and he gave a fair warning and told me that it is not in the rules but agreed abusive language is not tolerable and he got given a warning.

. If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp? If I had to write a Facebook post to train a moderator I would tell them the basic rules if the person has not been made aware of the rules previously and I would get them into a server where I could test them on what should be done about the F1 admin request.
Then I would also ask their opinion and ask them how they would deal with the situation. If they dealt with it in the wrong way, I would advise them on how they should have dealt with it. I would explain how the warning and banning system takes place.

You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be? I would have to read their appeal in great detail as propspam is against the rules. If they had multiple

warnings previously for prop spamming or misbehaviours, I would explain the rules promptly and explain how propspamming is against the rules. I would also explain how it also wrecks the fun for others players as others may want to build prop spamming which also lags the games. It can also create a nuisance to other players as it creates mass spam and it spams the game template so others can’t play. Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 150 words). I would not ask for a promotion unless I knew that it was deserved and that I have become a fair moderator to all the players and have helped fellow gamers with any issues or enquiries they have had. I would need to show that I have given my time and effort into moderating the games and servers correctly and have not abused my position in any way. I would also need to show that I can deal with tensions before they begin to build into a full on heated argument which ruins the enjoyment for others. I would be prompt in dealing with any actions I need to take as a moderator.
