Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.

Since I have got Moderator I have helped many members of the community and tried to do as many F1's as possible and never have abused my power and never will. I now spend alot of my time playing at ZARP and I have easily adapted to being a member of staff and also think I would be a great admin. I hope ZARP gets even better in the future and I'm here along the way. I know how to deal with F1's and I have dealt with many already.
Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).

A few nights ago I had a problem where there was disconnected player's props propblocking a house. As I am mod there was no way I could remove the props and in the end I had to wait it out and finally an admin came online and they helped me out and delete all the props. The person I was dealing with also didn't have much patience and got quite angry. It was quite a stressful problem but atleast it got sorted in the end.
If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Hello fellow ZARP Staff Member, if you are reading this then congratulations on being accepted for Moderator. I am now going to go through the commands and features of the Moderator Role.
Firstly I am going to go through the commands.
/tp - Teleports you to the the location where your cross-hair is placed. You can also use /tp <player name/Steam ID> to teleport a player to the location of your cross-hair.
/freeze <player name/Steam ID> - Freezes a player in the excact position they were in when you froze them. They will not be able to move at all. Use this mostly in F1's when people are running away/when someone is mass rulebreaking.
/unfreeze <player name/Steam ID> - Unfreezes a player that is currently frozen.
/warn <player's Steam ID> <Reason for warn> - Warns a player for a specific reason. Use this ONLY when someone is breaking rules.
/unwarn <player's Steam ID> - Unwarn's players when they shouldn't have been warned, no reason needed.
/slay <player name/Steam ID> - Use this command to insta-kill people. I only recommend the time you use it is when someone is breaking NLR.
/unban <player name/Steam ID> job - Use this command if a player has been falesly demoted. It will unban them from the job selected.
/back <players name/Steam ID> You can use this to take people to spawn (/back <player name/Steam ID> spawn) and you can use it to take people back to the last location (/back <player name/Steam ID> lastlocation)
Also there is an alternative way to use these commands. You can also use the TAB menu and click on peoples names. At the bottom of the menu you can see a list of commands. This will be very helpful when you don't know the commands at the start of your staff career.
F1 Menu
Now I will begin to speak about the F1 menu. When you were a member if you clicked the F1 button it would come up with a text box where you could report problems. However, now you are a staff member you will be able to see all the reports made in the first tab of the F1 menu. If the priority of the report goes over 1000 you can mark it as spam. Simply to do this you right click on the report, then you see a drop down menu where you can mark the F1 as finished, mark it as spam, handle the report and also teleport them to you/you to them via the menu. Also when in F1's you can use the logs to help you during the reports and use it if you get rdm'd/cdm'd and do not see who the player was.
F6 Menu
There is also an F6 menu. You can use this to see a players punishments from the first day they joined the server. The menu will inclued, slays/warns/bans and much more. To search for people's warnings etc all you need to do is go into the top left drop down menu. There you can see all the players online on that server. Also you can search for players by using their Steam ID.(Currently not working on Server 1)
Admin Chat
Also there is an Admin chat. Feel free to use this if you are having any problems. To use this chat simply type /// <message>.
Admin Keypad Checker
You can also use the "Admin Keypad Checker" to detect whether people's fading doors are not breaking rules and are a minimum of 4 seconds. Also you can see if the doors are on toggle. All you have to do is simply left click on a keypad or a door with the tool.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player [X] appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I would be able tell that Player [X] is very sorry and as it is there first ban I would give them a second chance as everyone deserves them. I would rely on him not to disappoint me and then I would tell Player [X] NEVER to do it again and if they did it they would not get anymore chances. I would deifinately give them support on the appeal and would give them best wishes towards removing the ban.

I think I should be promoted is because I am a very active member and I am dedicated to helping the community here on ZARP. I think I would be a great asset to the ZARP Admin Team. I would NEVER abuse any of my admin powers. The community here is great, they are funny and friendly. I hope to be a part of the community for a long time. All the staff members are great people and I would be more than happy to give up my RP time to help people enjoy there RP experiences. I am also going to start to be a very active member on the forums. I respect everyone here in the same way they respect me. I think I have put in alot of effort to help the people here. Thanks for the awesome server guys.
