An example scenario: Chris walks down the street and he sees Danny and shoots him, dead.

[spoiler][color=#00ff00]New Life Rule (NLR) is when a player returns to the same district he died. They need to wait until the NLR timers ends before they go back to district they died.
An example scenario: Pitter got killed during a raid on his base by Steve, Pitter returns to his base and kills steve before NLR timer its over.[/color]

[spoiler][color=#00ff00]I would teleport both of them to a roof and ask them what happened, and i would listen their stories. If they both say diffrent stories, I would ask for some proof and if they dont have I wouldnt be able to do anything.[/color][/spoiler]

When i make F1 i always have proof. I love the server and i spent my most of my time on it.I would like to be a part of this awesome stuff[/color][/spoiler]
