First off you need to follow the correct order of the template

Make sure to keep the questions in the template , don't remove them.

You have also posted the application in the wrong section , it should be in the Server Applications section , DONT MAKE A NEW ONE JUST TO MOVE IT TO THE SERVER APP SECTION , a forum mod/admin will move it for you

I will post the other half of my review once you get the correct template

Edit : I have also found out that you are banned , so theres no need for the other half
