Player X appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for propspam, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I have had a lot fun and a great experience as a moderator. I have learnt how to handle certain situation like F1’s in calm and a friendly situation. I have enjoyed helping people out as I walk past them and I have also enjoying handling F1. I have helped the community with being a moderator by doing a lot of F1 ad this could contribute to being an admin since I enjoy helping other and making other people game time a lot more enjoy able on Zarp.

One of the hardest situations was about someone who prop blocked his base and he refused to remove the props, at that time there were no admins online so nobody could remove it. After I threatened with a kick he removed the props and I explained him how to use fading doors. Another hard thing was when I had to chase someone to prevent him for killing or from breaking any more rules.

Congratulations on becoming a Moderator on ZARP. I will be here to train you and tell you all the things including commands that you will need to know while being a moderator. Being a moderator is an important role and you must not abuse your powers.
So lets start off with the first commands you need to know.
Admin Keypad Checker:
Keypad Checker is a tool used to see if a fading door and a keypad are set up properly and by the rules. U use this by equipping it (you spawn with it just like the physics gun) when you have it in your hand you “shoot it” at a keypad when you did that you would see a line from the keypad to a fading door and the duration it is open etc.
F1 Menu:
This is the thing that you are going to use the most. You open the F1 menu by pressing F1. When you opened it you will see three tabs one about F1’s that players made, one about warnings that mods/admins has given to players and the logs. In the logs you can see who killed who who arrested who and all that stuff.
F6 Menu:
This is where you can see peoples warnings who is on in the current game. You can also see the reason why they got warned, who warned him, what date they were warned. You can search peoples warnings, who is on. At the top left you can click on the tap and see all the players on, and you can see their warnings by clicking their name, some people don't have warnings, some people do have warnings, you got the F6 to be sure who got warnings and who don't. You can also search players who aren't on if you have their Steam ID.
TAB: You can use almost all these commands trough the tab menu by holding TAB then click on a name and you would see buttons if you click these you will also be able to do almost everything.
/Freeze [Name] - This freezes a player for an unlimited time. Do not forgot to unfreeze after you're done with that player.
/Kick [Name] [Reason] - Only use this if its needed, Such as Propspam and mass RDM. Don't kick people if not needed.
/Warn [Name] [Reason] - Use this to warn a player who breaks a rule, If they get a total warning of 3 they will be automaticly kicked from the server. If the player gets 4 warnings he will be automaticly getting a temporary-ban from the server. You can see the current warnings in F1.
/Unfreeze [Name] - Unfreezes a player you've frozen.
/Slay [Name] - Explosive, Silent, Rocket and explode. This WILL kill the player.
/Teleport [Name] - This will teleport the player you want to you.
/Goto [ Name] - This will bring you to the player you want.
/Back [ Name] - This will teleport the player back to his last location.
/Bring [Name] - This will bring a player to you.
/Unban job - Only use this command if a player has been demoted for an invalid reason.

I've looked at you're ban appeal and I see that you are really sorry for what you did and this is your first ban as a result i will reduce your ban to 2 weeks use this time to read up the rules and hope you have learned from your lesson.

I think I should be promoted as i feel that I am ready. I have enjoyed my time as Moderator and I feel like I am ready to become admin. Ive done loads of F1's and helped loads of people. Being promoted will help me handle more difficult situations for example when someone has props in their base from someone else or just someone is propblocking his base it would easier to handle with, It will also help with stopping the RDMers because I could freeze them more quickly then. I could also do base inspections more easly.
