I have taken a look over your report and this is a first for hearing about this staff member in question doing something like this. I also had a read over the comments and by the sounds of things we was short staffed that day and he had dealt with the problem as a whole. He could of TP'ed you to him and tell you it had been dealt with but I'm sure he just was in the let's help everyone mode and just forgot.
