Things to improve on:Are you trying to appear professional or not? From my perspective it feels not.
No scenarios was provided for any of your acceptable and unacceptable KOSes.

Please re-read what you have written and remove any un-needed language.
Eg.
"Dickheads"
"Shit hits the fan"
