Well the lead team has told us this after a admin/mod started it and it spread to multiple other staff members to start doing it, I don't know if he got the message because he may of not been staff when they told us. But as for one of his other reports they said they would talk about it in the meeting tonight so I think this will probably be a factor against him whilst discussing it.
