I get what he's saying here. He's thinking that he's a mod. He should be able to TRUST HIM, in and out of RP.
The truth is, that you can use this trust to scam some people. And there's really nothing we can do about it, unless EMP added a console command that could let us turn on and off our badges under our name during RP.
