Sure, he was going to raid the bank, but Jarred (if he wasn't stream sniping,) should've had no idea in an RP context. Hence it is RDM.

If you blow our base 4 times before, then aim an M202 at our base and yell "Rockets incoming" you could expect getting shot at.
+ There was no other base near the bank that he could've possibly used an M202 on.

It doesn't matter how many times he's done it before. It's about what knowledge your character had in the situation, and there was no plausible way you could know for certain that he was planning to blow up your base.

Yeah theres no plausible(possible) way to know he would?
