How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: (Explain in your own words how you would deal with a player being disrespectful towards another player or staff member.)
If He/She was saying something like " You'r and idiot" I would give Him/Her a verbal warning and if they carry on i would give Him/Her a warning.
But if He/She was being Racist or swearing at a staff member or player i would warn Him/Her and then talk to the person and tell Him/Her that you can't abuse staff or players on the server and if He/She carrys on i would warn the person again and then talk to the pesrson again about what they said was wrong and then i would mute the person so He/She would'n offend or annoy any one.

Why I think I should be chosen to be a proud staff member of Zarp Deathrun and a good addition to the Deathrun team because:

I'm helpful
I love to play on Zarp Deathrun
I would want to rid the server of rule breakers Eg: Ghosters , Round delayers Ect.
I am very mature for my age.
I play Deathrun alot And if I am not on the server I would be on the forums taking a look at the new forums posts and such.
I am moderator on Zarp SSRP so i know how to handle rule breakers.
I can handle different situations professionally and calmly.
