I was mining when server randomly crashed, and when I reconnected I couldn't refund my diamond pickaxe.

[Click] - here is the proof that I didn't get anything after "/restore all".
[Click] - here I tried to restore it manually with "/restore pickaxediamond", but it still didn't work, instead it said that I have got no pending refunds.

In conclusion I would like to say that I hope to get a refund.
