I would like to start off by asking why you have gun shipments within a building base as these are classed as raid able entities, along side the reason of why you seemed to be building during this raid, even though it may not have been an allowed raid. In addition there is no solid proof to say that Colonel was in fact raiding before you put the building sign up.
