Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin. Well as i have been a mod i have met very different types of situations and people, some people dont listen, Alot of mass rdm but i have made my way through them i am very expearianced in all situations.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
Well i have had to deal with MANY Rdms during f1s and not only that i have to stop everyone from rdming for revenge so i have to warn alot of people for nlr and rdm considering people dont care about the rules when anger takes over. One of the hardest types of f1 is if a huge mass of people are breaking rules as i cant easily warn them for there actions.

If you had to write a facebook post to train a moderator in between 200-300 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?
Hello there, you have been chosen by the staff team to become a moderator, congrats!
So lets start off simple, Ill get a player to help you learn, (tps someone so we can test commands), So lets start with the commands:
/Teleport [NAME]: That command teleport the target player to your current courser position. You can use /tp aswell

/back [NAME] spawn/last: That command teleport the player to his last position or to the spawn.

/goto [NAME]: This command teleport you to the target player.

/Freeze [NAME]: For infinite freeze.

/Freeze [NAME] [AMOUNT_OF_SECONDS]

/kick [NAME] [REASON]: That command kick the player from the server.

/slay [NAME] normal, silent, explosive, rocket: That command kill the target player.

/warn [NAME/STEAM-ID] [REASON]: This command warn a player for rule breaking.
(You can copy his Steam-ID when you click on his name in the Tab-Menu and click on his Steam-ID.)

Now onto the f1 menu, If you press f1 you will get a menu with three different tabs, The first tab that will come up is the f1s, the f1s as you may know already are a way that players can alert a staff member of a situation when a f1 comes in you right click it and click "Handle this" at the end of that column it should show your name, now if you right click again and click "goto" it will take you to the person who made the f1. Second tab is warnings it shows all the recent warnings on the server. next is logs now logs are a very important part to your job as they hold proof on who was killed and who killed them, They have the times at the start of that column so you can check nlr and RDM but we dont have any damage logs so try and get more proof from the guy who did the f1.

Im going to say some things about this, Positives: You didnt crash the server, I can see you feel sorry about what you did, and its your first ban, so therefore im reducing your ban time to seven days, if we see propspam again it will be permanent and stay permanent, APPROVED
