Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command;
Player A is reported for RDM, they are warned and slain by a member of staff but they then disconnect before their full punishment is issued. This qualifies as an ‘RDM&Leave’ and would cause player A to be banned for a set amount of time.

Explain how you would handle the following situation;
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Personally I agree with the statement ‘everyone deserves a second chance’ so my response would be supporting to reduce their ban, as long as they promise not to cheat again and know of the consequences if they were to.

“Hello x, I was the staff member that had banned you after you were caught cheating. After reviewing your appeal we have decided to reduce your ban on the terms that you do not cheat again, thank you for your appeal and I hope to see you on the server soon.”

Why I should be promoted; still fabulous -Several people had told me to apply so i've finally gathered the courage to do so! After being a Moderator for over a month, I have really enjoyed playing with Zarp whilst being able to help at the same time. Unless I’m flooded with them, I usually quite like doing reports as it means I can stop rule breakers and occasionally laugh at some of the responses that are given. As previously mentioned one of the additional Admin commands is the ability to ban. There have been several occasions where I have been playing, dealt with a report and have the reported player slain, for them to leave to avoid their punishment where I have then had to disturb a higher member of staff to break out the ban hammer punish them- which can be annoying for everyone if they're doing their own thing. Overall I'd like to think I have gained confidence as a member of staff I'd love the chance to be able to prove myself as an Admin and continue meeting new people and having fun with everyone!
