After considering a long long time, I am willing to retake my post as Admin on ZARP Deathrun servers. I've chosen to reapply because I feel that I can add a bit more to the staff community at the moment. When it will be appropriate to use the ban command?

It'll be appropriate to use the ban command when I've continually ask him/her to stop breaking multiple rules at the same time. This could be mass ghosting, trap spamming, mic spamming etc. The duration of the ban will always depend on what rule he has broken. For example, mic spamming continually would be like a couple of days but using cheats will be forever.
Why should i be promoted?

Well to be strictly honest, I basically know all the rules and plus I have already have about 4 months of experience as staff for the ZARP deathrun servers. Momentarily, I feel that I can help the community even more with me being admin so rule breakers can be caught much easier. As I have more time now, I can help the community more so other staff members can utilise their time much better if I've joined.
