How would you deal with a disrespectful player?
(If i got accepted would i have use of the mute, gag and warn commands??(if so))If they Were Being Disrespectful towards other members of the Zarp Community Through Chat/Voice Communications, I would Ask Them To Stop Or They Would Be Muted/Gagged And warned, If They Carried On I would Mute/Gag Them And Warn Then Tell A Member Of Staff Higher In the Ranks, Just In case They Wanted To Take It Further. If Not Available To Mute, Game And Warn, I would Report the incident to a Higher Ranked Member Of Staff To Let Them Deal With The Situation At Hand.

Why I should be chosen?
I Think I Should Be Selected As I Would Deal With Situations Properly And Not Abuse Power Such As: 'xxxx: Dam I hate this'
'Me:Muted:xxxx'
'Me:Warned:xxxx:Reason:Abusive Comments.'

Those situations would not occur... And I Am Very Respectful As A Gmod Player, I Got A Few Warns At First But Only Until I Learnt The Rules And Made Friends With The Community.
