I'm making a request for a refund on my item: Matador x1

On Zarp Server 2, I dropped my Matador to a friend, Kali Muscle, who was meant to pick up the item upon dropping. However, the server crashed in the process.
NOTE: This item was dropped directly from my inventory not using the /drop command

Then after reconnecting to the server I found that I had no refunds.
NOTE: This was a full server crash not just a local one.

As you can see both the chat boxes do add up with each other and you can see that I did not get a refund.
