Explain how you feel that your time as a moderator will contribute to you becoming an admin.
I feel like me becoming an admin would benefit me and the players online, because i would have more powers and would be able to ban ETC. instead of needing a higher up to come on every 5 seconds. There are limits when being mod and i feel like i could us a step up and learn new commands. I am very trusted with powers as i am a FORUM STAFF | TEAMSPEAK STAFF | DARKRP ADMIN | FRIENDLY PLAYERS MODERATOR | DEATHRUN MOD. So i can be very trusted with powers.

Explain a situation as a moderator you encountered that was an obstacle you had to work around (EG: defiant user).
I have encountered one obstacle and that was when my mod powers we were not working ATM and there was a guy mic spamming. I had to tell them that he was gonna get warned and gagged for a long period of time. And for some odd reason he thought i was about to do it.

If you had to write a letter to train a moderator in between 100-200 words, what would you say to give them the full grasp?

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?
Hello <name> i will lower you ban to a week i suggest you read the rules and NEVER do it again because next time there may be a diffrent outcome to this.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I feel like i should be promoted because i love helping on BHOP and with any issues. Like i said earlier there are limited amount of commands when becoming an admin. I am very trusted with powers, i can help out even more by becoming admin. Instead of needing admins ETC. on all the time. I am most of the time active on BHOP (OR ATLEAST I TRY TO...) i know how to handle situations, know what to do when it comes to these situations. I have already trained somebody on BHOP so when im admin it would be easier to train them.

Extra Information: (Not Required) I will be active throughout the week to enhance my gametime.

[/color][/i][/b] [spoiler][center]Hello <name> i would like to congratulate you on becoming apart of the [b]Zarp Bhop Server [/b]today, I will teach you the basic commands on becoming a sucessful moderator.
here is the things we will be going over:

So basically there arent many that rules when you are moderator 
[b]1.)[/b] Dont be to harsh if there is a rulebreakers  [b]for exaple: If a user is mic spamming just gag not anything harsher unless it gets out of hand. [/b]
[b]2.)[/b] Do not de disrespectful to any users even if they are disrespectful to you, we want people to come back and enjoy playing. They wouldnt want disrespectful staff.
Now we move onto the commands again there isnt may commands that you will need to use as a moderator. 
1.) [b][u]-GAG[/u][/b] If a player is mic spamming simply type !gag <name> or just by doing in the ULX menu
2.) [b][u]-MUTE[/u][/b] Just like gag but for chat you would use this command if  somebody was spamming in chat. 3.) [b][u]-TSAY[/u][/b] There is really no use of this command it basically just looks blue in chat.
4.) [b][u]-BRING[/u][/b] If there is somebody stuck any where in map or something this is what the command is used for.
5.) [b][u]-KICK[/u][/b] If there is a player hacking and there are no admins and up on just kick them and try to contact a higher up if they join back in.
6.) [b][u]-SPECTATE[/u][/b] You wont need to use this command often just if you have suspision on this person just spectate them for a abit and see what they are doing.
