I agree with Cardstarvipe, Chad is using his power's just to make everything much easier.
Like TP'ing from hospital to disco and to prop push ur car out.....M8 that is a very short distance to walk/run or after a succesfull raid, you TP yourself out and ur friend aswell, you don't need to TP yourself out of the base if half of the base props are blown up.
Id say that Cardstarviper has enough proof to demote Chad and i will support Cardstarviper with this.
