after looking the video and you can clearly see the "abuse", i desided to talk with chad.
He said that anything was wrong with the door also he TPed out (all ok), but he TPed out of the whole bank also this was the real abuse.
But it wasn't a situation like TP a guy out of his base to raid it, also i should be only a warn for him.
As I said, i talked with chad and he won't do it any more.
