I am a terrible Admin? This demote request is stupid.. And that guy can offend people anyway. He offended me. So you Think i should let him offend people? That's how a ''Terrible'' Admin is.

No, but you ARE terrible. You see being an admin is not just about punishment. It is about helping the user understand what they did wrong. You have shown on numerous occasions to be inept at doing this. You focus purely on punishment.

You can give a guy a gun, but you don't congratulate him when he can't use it properly and shoots himself in the foot.
