How would you deal with a disrespectful player?:
To deal with a disrespectful player in game i would simply tell the person that he's expected to be respectful at all times on the server and then proceed to warn the player, gag him and mute him. If needed then i'll proceed to kick the player from the server if he continues being disrespectful.
If the player is death then the slay command will only be used in a case where he's not the only death, because otherwise the runners would simply get unfair points from the result of them winning if he's the only death and he's dead.

Why I should be chosen:

I should be chosen because i used to be (resigned) an admin on the Zarp SSRP server which means that i can be trusted with this position and i've proven myself before as someone who can take a responsibility like this, seriously.
I'm quite an active player on the Deathrun server, met new people and i honestly really enjoy being on the Deathrun server and would like to be able to handle different situations on the server and overall i would say help enforce the rules that are placed on the server properly and the way they should be handled.
