I'll just put this out there. A very bad way of administrating is banning/kicking/warning players without talking to them first. Making sure that they understand what they did wrong. You can't honestly expect people to learn via the kick screen. This is exactly why I hate the warning system because people think that they can warn people without talking to them. If a player doesn't know what he did wrong in the first place how can you expect them to understand it if you don't even bother to tell them.
