DarkRP Related
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario.
Metagaming is when someone uses OOC (out of char) chat for roleplaying related reasons. EG. a raid (my base is getting raided)

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario.
Random Death Match, or RDM, is when a player kills another player without any good reason.
eg. I'm walking and someone kills me without having any reason (my job not being Mutant)

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario.
New Life Rule, or NLR, is a time (3mins) that, when you die, you can't go back to that same district.
Eg. I died at my base when somebody was raiding me. I can't go back there in 3 mins. If I do I'm breaking NLR.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
First I would bring both players to the roof where we can discust in peace. Then I would ask player y if he had any reason to kill player x. Then there are 2 possibilities:
-Player y says that he didn't and confesses that he RDMed, so I would give him a warning for RDM.
-Player y gives an explanation for killing player x.(if the explanation is reasonable) In this situation I would ask if player x had any proof that player y rdmed him. If not I would just end the Mod sit there because of the lack of information given.(if I see that player y is lying) I would ask him to not lie next time and give him a warning.

Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
First I would bring both players to the roof where we can discust in peace. Then I would ask player x why and where he killed player y, both times. Then I would hear player y explanation. If this was not enough to come to a conclusion I would ask player x if he had any proof. If not I would en the Mod Sit there.

Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would PM (private message) the player x and tell him about metagame and explain that he can't do that. Then I would ask him to not do that again. If he did I would warn him.

Why I should be chosen
I think I should be chosen because I was a mod/admin before and I like to help people with this type of sittuations. I am very experienced with Gmod and DarkRP. I know all the rules. I am friendly and I love to RolePlay. I have never been kicked/banned. I love Zarp's staff.
I want to help the server grow and stop all the rule breakers, because they make our gaming experience alot worse. I think that I will take all the f1's as fast as light and I won't abuse my power.
I want to improve the server community "rewarding" good players and punishing rule breakers.
