When it will be appropriate to use the ban command? When a player is breaking rules continuously and you told them not to do it, and told them to read the rules more then once, and you gave the player appropriate warnings, then you would warn them for a limited time (time needed)

If someone is hacking, (example) fly hack,wall hack or speed hack and you had proof then you would perma ban the player for hacking since it is against the rules and the one of the most important rule.

Why I should be promoted (Give at least 75 words) I am a loyal player who will never abuse his powers and only use them if they are needed. I read the rules everyday just incase they get changed (i dont see why they should). I will try to get on they servers everyday and do atleast 4 hours a day on the server. The only times I wont be able to get on if I am doing something important such as school homework or something to do with the family. If I am needed on the server I will be on ASAP since I want to help the server as much as I can. as a admin I will be able to use the !spawn command which is useful on the map atomic_warfare incase a death spawns without a scythe!
