I've looked over your screenshots and I've read your story.. Now I've also read the replies of both MissAlicia and Exrobite, I will comment on their replies below.

After carefully reading your post, and checking the screenshots out (especially the texts as the replies kept stating this) I've come to the conclusion to accept your ban request and the user will receive a punishment that fits the "crime" he/she committed.

even though you both name some points on which this person has his flaws (example: his (recent) ban) I do not see any proof backing up both your story's or claims. If 1 of you, or both of you can deliver some proof of his/her abuse, this verdict might change.. So i will need some VALID evidence (so I also need SteamID proof) of his abuse BEFORE the propblocking.
