Yea, that warning was a bit stupid of my part: i found myself dead in my base after i went eating and returned to my base since the NLR timer was already over, but upon entering my base i spot George and some other guys and i ask them what they are doing, since my gang is allied with the Cozarts, and he says "raiding you" and kills me. Then instead of pming George I was stupid enough to walk back to my base to tell him our gangs are allied.

If you have a chat with him I am almost sure he will remove it as you are aware of the rules but it was just a miscommunication.

Hmm don't think so, I was clearly in the wrong so it's a valid warning...
It's been a week now, I just hope it won't affect my application too much
