Go the job drug dealer in the F4 menu "Jobs" and then after it gives you the title in the bottom left corner, press F4 again and go into shop.
Here buy a drug lab and a cooler (refill the coolers by pressing "e" on them) as without a cooler the drug lab will explode while making drugs.
Next buy a drug base from the shop like alcohol or something and use the gravity gun to push it into the drug lab that is being cooled.
After the timer on the top has ran out, the drugs should be collectible along with the money.
