The ban command will be appropriate to use when it is clear that someone is hacking or there is good proof that someone was hacking on the deathrun servers. You can also use it if someone is being disrespectful a lot and if you give someone warnings but they fail to understand so they keep disobeying the rules.
I think I should be promoted because I will be able to help more players and I will be responsible with my powers. I'm friendly to new/active players on the server and I have never abused my powers while I've been mod so I won't abuse my powers as an admin. I've always followed the rules so if someone broke the rules I'll warn them even if I know them in real life/if they're in my steam contacts and I talk to them.
