How would you deal with a disrespectful player?: First i would warn him/her with a verbal warning. If they continue disrespecting by
-Mic i would gag him/her and warn him. If he/she continues disrespecting after mapchange (ungag) i would call and admin to ban him/her for a while
-Chat i would mute him/her and warn him. If he/she continues disrespecting after mapchange (unmute) i would call and admin to ban him/her for a while
If they avoid gag/mute by rejoining i would call and admin to ban them for a while

Why I should be chosen: Because im a friendly person, I like trying to solve people's problems and helping them. I have 219 hours Garry's Mod Total. I would be happy to help new players and teaching them some tricks. I would try to get rid of hackers, glitchers and exploiters to make the server more peaceful, player friendly and more enjoyable.I can spare my time to answer the questions. All suggestions and comments from players, moderators, admins, superadmins and headadmins are important to me.
