Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command.
User A has RDMed User B and User B has reported them. After looking over the report and watching the death scene you can clearly see it was RDM. User A leaves without getting warned or punished. I would ban User A for 2 days for RDM + Leaving to avoid punishment.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Hello Player X,
First and foremost thank you for taking the time and effort to create an unban appeal. After looking over your report it seems you are very sorry for what you did and I think you deserve another chance. Your actions were not correct at the time and you should not be cheating as it violates rule 1.5 and/or 1.8. Please read over the rules found here and follow them after this ban expires.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words).
I am an ex-staff member who was very loyal and committed. I am active daily and do as many reports as I can. I really enjoy TTT over all and I think its a great game. I feel I have the experience and ability to become an admin as I am calm, responsible and really love TTT. I have been staff on SSRP and TTT in the past and have no warnings on record what so ever. I feel I am able to step up and assume the role of an admin with the experience I have in hand from the past.
