I think Jacknelli deserves it way more, just because he actually moves threads to the correct sections where Patrick doesn't. In my opinion you do not deserve a promotion if you're too lazy/not moving threads to the correct section, to yet reply on them later on when they're discussed. You can see below what I am talking about.
