Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: Random Death Matching. The most bannable phrase used in modern Dark RP. When people can't be bothered giving that simple bit of RP to role play a situation without blasting them in the head. Everything you do in Dark RP is roleplay, and should be roleplayed. Holding down your mouse button and hoping it all to go well NEVER happens. EX: Someone who hasn't read the rules may find the AUG in the Weapon Dealership to have alot of recoil and wonder how many he can kill with it at spawn. He is mistaken as that is RDM.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: The New Life Rule is more commonly know as breaking NLR. Basically if you die, you have to wait on average 3 minutes before returning to that location. It makes sense as you are dead and shouldn't really know where that location is. EX: Godfather breaks into Gundealers business, he kills gundealer and in rage gundealer comes back to kill Godfather, he breaks NLR and is punished for breaking that rule.
Explain "Metagaming" and give an example scenario: Meta Gaming is one rule which every new player won't even realise exists. In terms of basic reputation, if you speak about the game or about your Roleplay character 'IN CHARACTER; that is fine, but if you continue the conversation 'OUT OF CHARACTER' (OOC) then you are metagaming. New players should be reminded that they should use /advert to speak their IN CHARACTER opinions and use /OOC when discussing terms like RDM or NLR.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x.
I would bring the two players over and ask for an explanation. If the explanation is not valid, they will be warned/kicked for RDM.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
If the console shows a player breaking NLR, I would explain to the player what he did wrong and warn/kick him.
Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x calls for help in the OOC chat because his bank is being raided
I would message the player privately and tell him that there is nothing an admin can do about a base getting raided unless one of the raiders is breaking a rule.
My friends called me the counsellor as i know what to say in all situations and always sort out the unfriendly problems. I always listen to both sides and if i don't witness something myself will gather the evidence required to push on the correct decision. I <3 Roleplay
Reason: I would like to be a Moderator for many reasons, but the main are explained below:
I love to RP every role, not just the extra fun ones. This means that admins are situated within the game and are playing roles that aren't usually situated by admins thus allowing everyone to have fun. I like ZARP and their logic on RP and would like to favour that so that more players are experiencing high maturity and real roleplay. I would also love to give some admins a break. As laying back and enjoying a solid case of Roleplay while not needing to respond to calls is always required. I would also like to help the recent players know that this server is one to stay with and not leave because of low maturity or silly decisions.
even if i dont get the job thanks anyway.
